postgres close to 100% CPU usage

I am facing a problem when adding or deleting users my cpu utilization increase closed to 100%.
Is any one solve this problem.

Which version are you using? Do you have the audit log enabled?

I am using ebox 1.4.9 but anyway my problem has been solved.

I have checked that my server utilizing cpu for syncing with slave which was not reachable.I have removed the slave now its working fine.
