Proxy Authenticated (non transparent mode)
« on: July 17, 2011, 02:24:10 am »
I would like to use different filter profiles for various groups and I have Squid running in non transparent mode.

I have been googling and trying different squid configs for several hours now  :'(

Just wondered if anybody knows a way to auto authenticate to squid via a browser without being prompted for the user/password ?

Many Thanks

Stuart

Are you using NTLM?

I currently have the standard zentyal settings.

Is there a way to provide child ntlm to the back end ldap?

Maybe my questions are not very clear  :) I wouldn't be surprised.

I posted a reply to another question about squid and authentication.

maybe that makes more sense
