DNS Configuration
« on: October 18, 2008, 04:10:05 pm »
Hello all,

I've experimenting with ebox for some weeks now and I'm having some problems concerning DNS primarily, the problem is that I've be trying to figure out how to add a slave DNS entry in my named.conf.local but through the web interface is not possible... I've also noticed that only the first DNS entry works from there on no further name resolution is done.. Also how can I define an alternate ns entry to my zones??

Please I really like to implement this solution to my networks!!

Thanks!

Hi grego,

As you can see we don't support master-slave configurations yet. You will have to do it manually editing the templates under /usr/share/ebox/stubs/dns

Here you are [1] the SVN access for eBox repository. It could be great to support master/slave DNS configuration. :D
