Problem with Content Filter

Dun know wot happen to Server i've configured Zentyal 2 64 bit core 2.0.12. This time I am totaly disopointed coz once i restart the server every budy can use wot ever they want its seems like there is no content filtering and all while checking of setting of Content Filtering setting every is there wot i configure be4 restart the server.. dun know how to deal... And Http Proxy logs says accepted every thing singl thing not droped...

PLEASE IF ANYBUDY CHASE THIS KIND OF PROBLEM LET ME KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH....

Can you please be a bit more specific?

what was the previous situation? What rules did you apply and where did you edit those rules?

After reboot, did the firewall module start up normaly? Did anything change to the created rules? If so, what changed?

We need more info to be able to determine what went wrong.
