[SOLVED] zentyal not letting any external connections in

i have a static ip and a domain all mx records are setup perfect
im have tried mail services jabber user corner voip and nothing let me in
the firewall is all default from first install i have made no user changes

found out that not only do i have to add DNS domains names and host but also allow the services through the firewall

this should be done automatically as modules are configured almost all other servers i have used do this

That is correct. When I configured the webserver I had to allow external connections also.
I assume not everyone has all services enabled at al time, and opening ports on the firewall could pose a security risk.
Guess that's why it needs manual configuration.
