firewall for internal network rules don't work with manual proxy

Hi,I've experienced a big problem with manual proxy.If I set the proxy transparently firewall rules work without any problems.But when I set the proxy manual firewall rules for internal networks stop working,and the proxy bypass all existing rules.Help Please

Which rules stop working? Can you pastebin the iptables -L -n -v output before and after making the change?
