Problem with subscription

Hello, I want to test a basic subscription, but when I try to active them, this error appears:
Cannot retrieve VPN settings needed for subscription. Check your Zentyal Cloud profile to check your VPN server settings.

In Zentyal Cloud, my VPN is:    vpn1.cloud.zentyal.com serves IP addresses in 10.201.32.0/20 network using TCP protocol

What is wrong?
Sorry my poor english.. Portuguese is my primary language... ;)

Hello Fellipeh,

It should be a glitch. Could you try it again since your VPN settings are set properly?
