Can't access profile when logging in

Howdy

I have a weird problem that occurs from time to time in my network, when one of my clients try to log in to their account they get an error telling them that they have insufficent rights to read "/cookies/whatevercookiename@itisstoredas".

I can't reproduce it at will and it's really annoying anyone have any ideas ?

I usually fix it by deleting all cookies from the profile folder serverside.
I have tried to fix ownership/rights serverside to but it seems that it wont work that way.

I assume you're using xp.

You may try to enable Local Profile in your windows xp box.
