synchronizing data at my computer to the server

Hi,

For the file sharing, can I have two folders at the same time, meaning one folder save at my pc and another one is save at the server. It is like synchronizing my data at my computer to the server at certain period or regularly. I am worry if the network is down, at least the user able to use the current data at the computer to do the work while waiting the network is up. The data to be save at users computer and server instead of saving at the server only.
