[SOLVED] Printer Sharing and HP CM2320fxi

Hi!

I have enabled Printer Sharing module on Zentyal server.
In the Cups Web Interface i am trying to add the HP CM2320fxi MFP printer.
But it is not listed among the hp printers in the model list.

How can i add support for the printer?

I know that in a regular Ubuntu 10.04 Desktop installation the printer is listed in the
model list when adding the printer.

Anyone knows how to do?
Or do i have to buy another multifuntionprinter?
I cant believe that is the solution??

Hi, could please you check if it works installing the hplip package?

You can do it with: sudo apt-get install hplip

It has already been reported and maybe we will automatically install it in the next release.

Installing HPLIP package solved my issue....
I can now select the correct printer driver...
