Zentyal Cloud Subscription Problem

I have just registered the free "Basic Server Subscription" and entered the information in the "Subscription to Zentyal Cloud" tab. However, when I clicked the submit button, I was notified "Could not connect to VPN server '92.243.2.174:11112/udp'. Check your network firewall" error.

At the same time, my "Packet Filter" rules in "Filtering rules for traffic coming out from Zentyal" allows any services to any destinations.

Is there a solution to fix the subscription problem?

Here is part of the ebox.log:

Hi keithlcs,

Just be sure your LAN firewall is not blocking outcoming connections to 92.243.2.174:11112/UDP port. After that, you may try again?

Strange.. I am able to subscribe the service today without doing anything.
