Add-On - PPPOE
« on: December 28, 2007, 10:27:56 am »
Another thing I was wondering about is getting an ebox module for dsl ppp connections, I did however got it running, but everytime you restart the box you need to do a "ebox network stop", "poff", "ebox network start", "pon dsl-provider". Before the network works, otherwise the whole network module fail at startup because interface ppp does not exist at boot time, only after the inet's are booted its created.

It is a good idea, in Brazil PPPoE is widely used. If I have time I will create a module and share this with ebox ;-)

Hi guys,

Did you have any luck with the PPPoE module?  This seems very similar to my problem:
