System Suspend - Password in plain text

Ubuntu 10.0.4.1 LTS
Ebox 2.0 on laptop

Computer suspends,
when weaked up this is shown:

I can confirm this - exactly the same happens. The display power management is disabled so I don't understand why this is happening. Don't even know how to get back to the graphical console. CTRL-ALT-F7 does not work.

Is this a bug?
