Details:
Setting up small office server with Ebox 1.4-2 on a Dell with decent hardware and two NIC cards. Cannot connect with the internet at all however other boxes (windoze vista) can connect fine.
Have set up with a second router after the SMC 8014 and even set to DHCP cannot connect to the internet.
Cable company (Charter) supplied the following:
Static IP XXX.XXX.XXX.50
Gateway XXX.XXX.XXX.49
Netmask 255.255.255.252
DNS - Used supplied and OpenDSN to test
Cable Modem (Charter Cable) SMC 8014 >>> ebox box on eth0
have also tried SMC 8014 >>> netgear rounter with port forwarding set up >>> ebox set to either static IP or even DHCP and all fail.
Any ideas?
