eBox 1.5 crashed. How to make backup under shell?
« on: June 25, 2010, 08:14:58 pm »
Hello,

my eBox 1.5 crashed after configured. Now, the network interfaces didn´t run anymore. I want to backup all my settings and restore it to a fresh install. How can i do this, without a web interface without lost data?!

is it enought to backup /etc/ebox and /var/lib/ebox/config ?

Regards, Valle

Hi, thanx.

If i want to start the backup, there comes a warning that i have unsaved changes. How can i save the changes in a shell bevor make a backup?

I don´t have found anything in the wiki.
