multi WAN and multi LAN
« on: May 20, 2010, 03:39:16 pm »
Completely new to ebox, so go easy on me :-D

In our school we currently have two physically separated networks, each with it's own broadband connection. It is now my intention to combine these two WAN connections with ebox and connect my both LAN networks to it. So both networks must use the same ebox, but must still be kept separate.

can this be done with ebox? is it also possible to open certain ports between the two networks to share some information?

Thx for sharing.

Yes, stefan.

Everything you ask for is possible with eBox.

Sharing the WAN using Load balancing [1] and filtering rules for internal networks [2] are the keys you must look for to know how to do it.
