Outlook problem with ebox email

I have a problem with Outlook from Office XP. The email client is downloading at each Send/Recieve  all the emails(marked as unread). So in the client it ends up with several duplicates of the same email.
Even if i select and delete the emails (and empty the trash) the problem still occurs.

On Thunderbird i have no such problem.
Any ideas ??
