how do you change administration password?

This seems like a simple enough task, but I can't find any information any where. 

How do you change the administration password (the default user name admin) that gets set upon installation?  I tried from the command line
passwd
but that doesn't seem to be syncing the password change up.

I figured out where to change it! 

It's actually under System -> General.
