A few questions
« on: May 04, 2010, 05:30:45 pm »
1) Why bother with a "Web Server" when the only options are, basically, 'on' and 'off' ?

2) How do I store email messages in a different folder? What options in which configuration files do I need to change?

3) No mail filter without using the firewall? Really?

4) Needs more cowbell.

1) There isn't only 'on' and 'off' options. You could create your virtual domains and enable/disable a public html folder for the users. There are the details -> http://doc.ebox-platform.com/en/web.html

2) You mean a different IMAP folder (easy, just add a SIEVE script for this) or a different location in the filesystem. In the later case it would be quite difficult because you will have to change the templates and maybe some of the code. Better change /var/vmail to be a link to the other location.

3) The firewall is necessary for the POP transparent proxy, if you disable this feature you don't need to have the firewall enabled.

4) Everyone needs more cowbell
