Unable to take Zentyal Configuration backup got some error

Please help when i am taking backup of zentyal it shows error i-e

Some error has happened in Zentyal:
root command mysqldump -usogo -p90xnNI4j -h127.0.0.1--skip-lock-tables --quick --single-transaction sogo > /var/lib/zentyal/tmp/db_superuser.tmp failed. Error output:mysqldump: [Warning] Using a password on the command line interface can be insecure.mysqldump: Couldn't execute 'FLUSH TABLES': Access denied; you need (at least one of) the RELOAD or FLUSH_TABLES privilege(s) for this operation
(1227) Command output:.Exit value: 2
