windows dns cache no srv _ldap
« on: August 31, 2021, 12:22:56 pm »
Hi all,
I 've a problem after upgrade from 6 to 7 version of my Zentyal server and conseguently the new version of samba . The problem is that when a computer is running for several days after a while (random time frame ) it seems thst it goes out of domain. Investigating on the specific client I've seen that in the dns cache, displayed with the command

Code: [Select]
ipconfig /displaydns
there isn't the entry of srv _ldap._tcp.<domain>
Obviously also the gpo doesn't work
After the command
Code: [Select]
ipconfig /flushdns the machine comes back to function again and it finds the domain
Have you any idea about this problem?
It seems that it doesn't happen with windows 7 client but only with windows 10 and windows 2012 server
Thanks for anyone who can help me
Carlo
