SOGo & Mac OS
« on: September 16, 2020, 08:45:40 am »
I have a user that uses a Macbook Pro (macOS Catalina 10.15.6)

If they try to access the SOGo webmail interface they are greeted with this garbage instead of a properly served https page.

Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

 :)

Could be it doesn't load these CSS files:

Code: [Select]
https://yourserver/SOGo.woa/WebServerResources/css/theme-default.css
https://192.168.1.50/SOGo.woa/WebServerResources/css/styles.css

Tell the user to try with firefox or chrome instead of Safari.

Cheers!

The user should clean Safari browser history from unnecessary files and system garbage. The MacBook very often freezes because of the large amount of old data that has not been used for a long time. People still experience a freeze again and again despite macOS updates and fault rectification. You can also install CleanMyMac X. CleanMyMac X has the Optimization module that quickly identifies those hung apps and deals with them. Of course, there are different ways to get your MacBook running smoothly again. You can read an article about that.
