Missing SOGo library?
« on: March 10, 2017, 04:25:24 am »
I made the upgrade from 4.2 to 5.0 last night. After the upgrade, the SOGo webmail no longer loads.
Looking through the logs, it seems the service will not start because of a missing library: libGDLAccess.so.4.9.
I have removed and re-installed the SOGO webmail module twice.

 I cannot seem to figure out how to install the library.
Any suggestions? Anyone else experience something similar?

Thanks,
-Sam[/i]

So after locating the missing libraries from /usr/lib in my test VM, I copied them over to the production box. The SOGo service now starts, but the web interface is still inaccessible. However, instead of an http 503 error, it simply does not load at all.

SOGo logs says:  sogod[10559] Cannot load adaptor bundle 'MySQL'

So SOGo is not talking to the database correctly? There is no good error message telling me what to do next.
I removed and re-installed the webmail module again, with no success.

Any suggestions?

I have the same issue after a 4->5 upgrade.   Was there any solution ?

 * Starting SOGo sogo
 /usr/sbin/sogod: error while loading shared libraries: libGDLAccess.so.4.9: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
    ...done.

I don't remember how I fixed this. Sorry.
It is fixable, because I have been running v5 with SOGo for two years with no issues.
