DHCP not working for fixed static IP for members

Hi Support Team,

We have setup Zentyal as Domain Controller with DHCP and DNS server.
Our Network Range : 192.168.4.1 to 192.168.7.254 ( subnet 255.255.252.0)
Zentyal Server version : 6.0

We have created different objects for groups as :
Dev Team : 192.168.4.x
QA Team : 192.168.5.x
Devices : 192.168.6.x

Also created members with static IP with MAC address in this network objects.
Still members/devises are not getting same IP what we assigned .

Will you pl. help us to resolve this issue.
