DNS - how to clean up zonedb which is marked inconsistent

Hello,

I see musltiple entries in the zentyal.log file, telling, the zonedb is inconsistent:

2018/09/28 12:31:52 WARN> DNS.pm:838 EBox::DNS::_reverseData - Inconsistent DNS configuration detected. IP group 178.168.192 is already mapped to domain hem-architektur.de. The host basel.hemmerich.eu with IP 192.168.178.160 is not going to be added to that group

How to purge invalid entries or cleanup the zonedb manually?

Environment: Zentyal Corp 5.0.2
