Access to write to the file for reading

Hello.
Zentyal 5.0.8, system update.
There is a folder in which only one user is allowed to write.
The read mode is activated for some groups. Periodically, some users open a file for writing and the only user who is allowed to write can not save the file! Removed all rights, recreating rights for groups, nothing helps. What can be done? We have to use smbstatus | grep -u "В работе.xlsx" и kill id.

Problems create office 2007, I can not understand why. All other offices are working fine.
