SOGo 3.2.1 "No mailbox selected"

Hi everyone,

I installed a fresh version of Zentyal 5.0.8 along with the SOGo webmail. I created a new user under the Zentyal admin page.

When I log into SOGo with this new user I get the message "No mailbox selected". This didn't happen under older versions of SOGo.

Does anyone know what might be wrong?

I had this issue originally and I had to enable either POP or IMAP in the mail module. ..... don't remember which one has to be turned on in the mail module.  If you are just trying to use POPs or IMAPs it was not working for me.

Not sure if that is how it should work, but this is what I did to make it work.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I had imap and imaps turned on.

When I came in the next morning, I logged into SOGo and all my Inbox and other folders showed up. I didn't make any changes - just waited overnight????
