Migrating from 4.1 to 5

Hello,
we are using zentyal 4.1 which is giving us a lot of problems ,we want to move and upgrade to 5.0 hoping that its has to better then 4.1 anyways i cant seem to find any guide how can i update and then how can i migrate all my settings and users from old to new, also if anyone can solve my doubts it will be a huge favor:

1. we have zentyal in a proxmox with 2 cores and 12 gb 40gb hdd as our sharing is going on nas ram for about 100 users domain control , what would you recomend for usuing zentyal 5 for 100 users?

2.is it worth to upgrade zentyal?
