hi, my machine version zentyal 4.2 running for few months without error, suddenly unable to power up, it show error below

kernel panic - not syncing : VFS : Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0)

i perform ls and it only show (hd0,msdos5) (hd0,msdos1)

trying to troubleshoot but no idea how to fix it.

could anyone assist?
