Zentyal 4.2 How i Can use quota to share ?

I create my Share Folder: "my files", from group: Users.
How I use Quote ?

I use RSAT tools from my Windows 7, but RSAT FRST not working:

Unable to connect to FRSM on computer \\server1. This can happen if the remote computer does not have the Windows Server 2008 or later version of FSRM installed, or if a connection cannot be established because it was blocked by Windows Firewall.

Any help ?
