Major issue with my Zentyal Server. I/O error KVM vcpu0 unhandled rdmsr

Zentyal server has gone down.
I have tested the server hardware and all seems fine.

I am using Proxmox VE with Zentyal server installed on VM. Worked fine all day and for the past 85days and now there is some error.

Is it Proxmox or Zentyal?

Zentyal boots up and then freezes. The webmin and samba shares are not discoverable.

Any help and advice would be appreciated. All my data is on there and I have a backup from a day ago.
