The connection to the IMAP Server failed!!!

hello
I install EBox-paltform in my computer successful, and also can access in egroupware through http://<IP-ebox>/egroupware. But when I access in egroupware and click email, it display the connection to the IMAP Server failed. I don't know why. ???
Can anyone hlep me slove this problem?
