Moved to eBox 1.2 and Have Lots of Problems

I had eBox 1.0 running on Ubuntu Hardy and I needed some of the new functionality of 1.2, so I removed eBox 1.0, changed to the 1.2 PPA and installed the needed modules. Now I'm getting several problems. The first is this message is repeated about 100 times during boot and restarting eBox services:

Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at /usr/share/perl5/HTML/Mason/Component/Subcomponent.pm line 34.

I am also getting the following AFTER logging in to the machine:
* Stopping Squid Proxy server
* Stopping Squid Proxy server
* Stopping Squid Proxy server
* Stopping Dansgaurdian

These four items continuously repeat about every second or so, making typing on the local machine nearly impossible. I have to SSH into it to keep those messages from taking over the screen.
