cloud configuration backup User and password do not match

Hi I installed Zentyal 4 and restored from a backup, all went fine apart from I cannot now log into the cloud configuration backup, I get the following message:

User and password do not match.

I have tried resetting the password at https://portal.zentyal.com/reset/ but still have this problem, would appreciate any help.
