SIEVE Service
« on: November 27, 2015, 11:17:43 pm »
I've been playing with migrating SIEVE filters from an old mail server into Zentyal, and thus far haven't had much luck.  However, I did get the Thunderbird Add-On working so that I could connect to the SIEVE port and manage individual user SIEVE scripts.  This works well (I can see anything I change in the SIEVE script works on incoming messages) but I do not see the changes made from Thunderbird pushed up into the filters shown in the webmail interface.  Is there something I am missing here?  Is there a way to have the web interface update and pull in the updated SIEVE rules from the SIEVE service?  Thanks!

ONly mailfilters created on webmail will be shown on web interface. This happens as when you create a filter on webmail, it writes them to the sieve script and to one mysql table. If you write the sogo script directly, or using sieve TB extension, then nobody will write that to the MySQL, and therefore will not be shown.
