Infrastructure Error

Hi,
When I try to access the domain does not validate the user and then run gpupdate get the following error:

Infrastructure Group Policy Error
Error Infrastructure Group Policy due to the following error.

Red is missing or not started .

Note: Due error UN core GP , none of the other components of Group Policy Process its directives . Therefore, no information is available the state para other components.

Anyone aware of the error and its solution .
