About Web Server Module.(Solved)
« on: November 24, 2015, 09:34:25 am »
Since Web Server module has been removed from the version 4.2 I am wondering if I can create multiple virtual domain on the same machine, such as
www.domain1.com
www.domain2.com
www.domain3.com
also
www.domain1.com/webmail
www.domain2.com/webmail
www.domain3.com/webmail
all having redirected to their own domain and web mail access.
please guide me since I am very new to this server. I do remind you that I also bought the zentyal book on version 3.2
Thanks in advance for all your help.

As long as your vhosts do not collide with any of those created by Zentyal for webmail and Openchange (if you're using those modules) you should be able to create as many vhost as you would like

I am able to solve the problem with the web hosting & webmail server.. thanks a lot.
I am practicing it since I love Zentyal and 2016 when i start my own IT solution this will be my server end OS.
I am interested to buy the Zentyal Commercial Edition.
another question I am able to send email to @gmail.com however, not to outlook.com
furthermore, not able to receive email from any domain. I have already check all the the receiving port in the firewall. please give me how to receive email from external email servers.
outlook.com failed::
host mx1.hotmail.com[65.54.188.110] said: 550 DY-001
    (BAY004-MC3F54) Unfortunately, messages from 142.161.12.40 weren't sent.
Please contact your Internet service provider. You can tell them that
Hotmail does not relay dynamically-assigned IP ranges. You can also refer
    your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors. (in
    reply to MAIL FROM command)
So cannot send mail to outlook.com
and can't receive email from any domain.
please help,
mFarooq

Hello:

You IP is in Bad reputation lists from live.com and Microsoft mail servers. You may need to subscribe to some MS tools like SNDS or JMRP, read these programs doc regarding categorization reasons and way of being decategorized,, and probably reaching MS guys to get delisted. Nothing related to Zentyal server code, though.

If you're interested in the Commercial edition please get in touch with sales, using the form on zentyal.com webpage

Hello:

I would suggest checking mail logs to check if some related message arises. Additionally you may need to subscribe to MS antispam services to check if your mail server IP is blacklisted by MS.
