Wrong send and receive date after install any update (2002.01.09)

We use Zentyal 4.1.3

After we install any update the send and receive date is wrong from phone if we use exchange (windows phone 8.1, windows phone 10, IOS)
The date at normal PC with outlook is good.
The bad date is 2002.01.09 or some time 2002.01.08
But if we wait about 24 hour the date will be good.

Any idea?
