Problem with OpenChange and Outlook 2010

Hi

I have a installation with Zentyal 4.1.2 , and the outlook client has problems with the rules , for example if i make a rule for one contact to move the mails to a folder, when the email is received , the rule dont apply , in some clients when i want to create a new rule , a message appear to ask me , where the rule is going to be created, in server or client?

in conclusion, the zentyal with that version of OpenChange , can create rules in outlook clients?
