Outlook 2013 attachments with special characters in filename

Hi!

I have a problem with the Openchange system. If my users sends an email with special characters in attachment filename (like éáűúőóüö), then the attachment keep disappearing from the Sent items folder in case of folder sync event.
If i look at the Sent folder, then i can see the mail, but without the attachment.
Its possible to workaround this problem? This can be problem for users in EU, because they have special characters in many countries.
