Zentyal 4.0 openchange deleting Inbox Emails

 >:(After setting up Zentyal 4.0 with openchange everything was working fine until th users start letting me know that after they made a reply message the original message disapear from inbox . How can this be possible.

Check to see if you can access the missing email from the webmail interface.
