Cannot access webmail or webadmin from external network

Hi all, first post here so please go easy...

I have Zentyal 4.0 installed and working without issue on an internal network.

I can access the https://<fqdn>/sogo from machines on the same network without issue.
I can also access https://<fqdn>:8443 from the same network without any problems.

This is a single NIC configuration.

I have placed 2 port forwarding rules on the router (HTTPS > Zentyal IP) (HTTPS(8443)>Zentyal IP(8443))

If I attempt to access https://<fqdn>/SOGo from the internet I get a 404 error.

Trying to access https://<fqdn>:8443 from the internet times out.

I have looked at this post:

However the config file mentioned does not seem to exist in Zentyal 4.0 ( find / | grep zentyal-sogo.conf)

Any hints or help would be greatly appreciated!!

did you open the ports on zentyal firewall?? (8443 & 443)
