[BUG?] GPO - Create Folder

I'm trying to create a folder via GPO

Basically:

Computer Config -> Windows Settings -> Folders -> Folder

Tried with User Configuration but also the same result: no folder created.

When I do a gpresult /r

 Applied Group Policy Objects
 -----------------------------
     N/A

Although I get OTHER GPOs applied
