Cloud Backup Issue

 Hi
I had this problem when i tried to restore an automatic backup on another server. Now, i couldn't also access zentyal remote with my mail account even after reset password.

Any Ideas?

I'm having the same problem.  I created a new account to try to get around it.  Once one of my Zentyal servers backed up to this account, I could no longer log in manually.  (I'm in the middle of  moving from one machine to another, which is why I temporarily have 2 Zentyal machines).  Password reset does not work with EITHER account.  Is the password locked as long as a server is associated with the account?
