Aditional Domain Controller replication error: WERR_ACCESS_DENIED

We're using Zentyal since 6 Months, now we have added a additional Domaincontroller (also Zentyal) in the same LAN.
Replication works fine for 2 Days but we get the following error "WERR_ACCESS_DENIED".
What can we do to fix this Problem?, after a reboot, replication seems to work for some time  and then stops replication (1 PDC + 1 SDC)
