Upgraded with web gui from 3.5 to 4.0.
All seemed to go just fine.
Rebooted. Logged in.
Now there are no submenus and pageheader looks like the old one.

This happened on 2 out of 3 upgrades.
System summary
Zentyal as guest under Ubuntu KVM.
Installed from zentyal 3.4 iso.
Allocated 2 amd64 processor cores, 2 GB ram and 20 GB virtual disk.

And here was the culprit. An old package still hanging around.
"sudo apt-get purge zentyal-webserver" solved it on this and another server with zentyal-usercorner.
