Configuring Mail server for use of shared mailboxes

Hello community!

I am currently trying to set up Zentyal to work as an Active Directory and Mail/Groupware server to replace our Win 2003 SBS server.

The problem is that we are unable to open other users mailboxes from the outlook client. We can see the other users listed but when we try to open the folder it displays as empty even though there is mail in it...

We are currently running Zentyal 4 with Ubuntu 14.04 with latest updates to ubuntu and zentyal:
