shares not working

I had a freelancer just install zentyal on my server. Ofcourse he stopped responding as soon as I paid him although he had promised support for 30 days. Anyway, I am able to create folders in zentyal but am not able to create sub folder when a try to create subfolder from a client pc. it says "no permission". I selected ACLS.

What needs to be done?

I'm sorry with your freelancer problem

you know how to open the Zentyal web interface ?

have you the login and password for administration ?

and wich version of Zentyal you are running ?
