Need alias 'no-reply@domain.com' and server should reject incoming emails

Hi Friends,
Could anyone guide with steps to create no-reply@domainabc.com an alias to newbee@domainabc.com. My development team wanted to use for application notification, alerts and any reply to this email should bounced.
