Hi, geeks!
To my clients I have established zentyal4. As I wish to introduce it Odoo8. For this purpose I need to adjust authorization odoo through ldap. I have not found in the Internet practically any information. I have tried any versions, but I and have not received positive result.

Working config in odoo on our Server together with zentyal LDAP:
LDAP Server: 192.168.178.XYZ
LDAP binddn CN=XXXXXXXXX,CN=Users,DC=company,DC=com   (XXXXXXXX could be admin; Administrator, ...)
LDAP Password = UsErPaSsWoRd
LDAP base CN=Users,DC=company,DC=com
LDAP Filter (&(sAMAccountName=%s)(memberOf=cn=odoo,cn=Groups,dc=company,dc=com))
LDAP Server Port 389

On zentyal there is a group odoo specified which should have acess to odoo. The rest is pretty as it comes in zentyal.

This doesn't to work for me for whatever reason.....

Can you confrm the other setting you made in Odoo, like check boxes etc.

Also, do you then use your Zentyal username to log on to Odoo, or an email address?

I need to remember how I was doing. sAMAksuntname field contains the user name, but I would like for him in an email address in Zentual. because when you first log in Odoo email field takes the value sAMAksuntname and then had to supplement a string of characters (at) and domain name.
I recently will himself personally, for home use to lift the server Zentual + Odoo. after all I am spirit, I'll tell you all further steps.
